Anyways, what's everyone's favorite anime. Mine would have to be Trigun, nothing beats that show. Cowboy Bebop comes in at a close second though.

Notice how I like "old west" type shows. Man I sure am a Texan.

Berserk. I love the dark fantasy in this one, and I've yet to see any anime top it. But FLCL is another favorite XP Along with Bebop, Trigun, RK, etc. XP

Hard choice I love Yami no Matsuei, Gravitation and Shaman King a lot, but X/1999 is my favorite, the plot is good and it has topics that are good.

lol yah in the freiza saga evertime someone gets punched they get claubered into a mountain and dust is just floating around for 10 min of the episode then the person walks out unharmed and everyones like OMG HES ALIVE NO WAY!!!

nah, there was still one thing left to do...

Anyway Yami no Matsuei, with a very feminine guy named Hisoka who is classified largely as bishonen follows the work of two Shinigami(gods of death, actually think of them as the MIB but ghost instead of aliens) who in the first two episodes follow a suspicous case of a vampire, a dead pop singer, and a crazy extremely pale docter named Murkai.

Now wheres my million bucks?

I forget the main character cuz he bored me but there are some werid bird creatures and the main character summons Suzaku in the first episode with paper and spells n stuff

The main character is Asato Tsuzuki, I suppose that for his childish actions like getting all excited over a cake bores the guys, but we all girls love him, and yes!! in the first chapter he summons Suzaku, with something called Fuda magic, I have the entire series but I prefer to read the manga first, if you want to, go to www.sakura-crisis.net

I love Fushigi Yugi too!!! And Tasuki is great, he is sort of weird and homicidal, and his little fang is creepy but he is awesome, but my favorite is Nuriko.


What a shame Lel!! Those were chocolate kisses of hershey xp , to get a kiss from me you need to go trough many dangerous tests and exams, besides you must love Yami No Matsuei, lol, I love that anime, Muraki is creepy but he is an awesome villian.

That must be one of the best anime characters ever, besides no matter what he does, even if he dresses as a guy he still looks like a woman.

Hey theres not many gun fight animes, and Spike uses his awesome martial skills too. Its perhaps the best, if not only hong kong fighting style shooting anime.

My favorite anime right now would have to be Love Hina, because the character's personalities are so much like my friends it's scary! And...there's lots of big explosiony action that mostly involves Keitaro being beat up and it's very random, but there's a story behind it & I bought all the tapes of it I could pay for at Suncoast & spent all the money on my $ card, but it was worth it because it is so chaotic & funny! WEE! Now I'm running my sentences together like Kaolla Su! It sort of reminds me of Tenchi...but a little less confusing (too many stories at once). Of course, I guess I'm into anime where the girls beat up on the guy who they all really like, but is perverted (or unfortunately clumsy, in Keitaro's case) & ends up making them mad, because also I have the Ranma 1/2 (Ranma Forever & Random Rhapsody) & Bakuretsu Hunter series in my anime collection. Of course, there's also the 4 DVDs of Jubei-chan the Ninja Girl, a family favorite & the very complicated Fantasy/Mecha Escaflowne complete collection on my shelf, but I'm random like that. I'll be needing a new anime to collect soon, but I don't know which ne I should get. Any suggestions?

hm..This 'Gravitation' strikes my intrest. I'm not so sure about the Shonen-Ai, but I like the fact that there's guys in it & peeps are singing. FLCL has a manga, though it should only be about four volumes. It goes farther than the anime, so I went out a bought vol.1 a shile back. awesome, though forpeople who loved the anime and are very thick headed, it's not for you. The art is...lets just say...untraditional. Vol.2 is coming out soon if it's not already out. They're also releasing the episodes on dvd with a crapload of special features on each. The bad thing is, each dvd only has two episodes on it, and they cost $20 each. But like I said, crapload of special features. Oh yes...

Yu Yu Hakusho is now my fav, followed closely by DBZ/DB/DBGT, then CCS, Tenchi Myuo/Universe/In Tokyo, and the 1st and 2nd seasons of Pokemon. I also love manga now too, such as Marmalade Boy (my fav manga!). ^_^ I bascially love any and all Anime and manga (unless it's REALLY gory or something. :ph34r: )

Okay! Now let's move on to the forums now that they work again, in the last topic we were talking again about our favorite animes, then that Full Metal Alchemist was coming to Cartoon Network (And I highly recommend it!).



Also Kaden asked a synopsis on Chrono Crussade, so here it is:


Sister Rossetta (age 16) is a nun who is in charge of exterminating the demons across the land with holy gospels bullets, also in her quest a demon boy named Chrono accompanies her, although Chrono for using his powers need to extract some of sister Rosetta's life force.

With a very shortened life and danger everywhere she is still in high-spirits in finding her long-lost little brother; I am not sure about this but I believe that this anime takes place in either France or England, there is a war going on and is set around 1800-1900, though this last part might not be accurate since I haven't seen Chrono Crusade...


Well, is a fairly new anime so expect high-quality animation.

I love Inu-yasha soooo much now, I tape it every night (since I can't stay up late to watch it on school nights). I think my favorite is still YYH, but Inu-yasha and DBZ tie for a very close second. Then comes CCS/CC, Tenchi Myuo/Universe/In Tokyo, and Pokemon (seasons 1 and 2).

I have been watching recently a very cool and cute anime recently, is called "Matantei Ragnarok Loki" although I doubt is pretty well-known.


Is cute, but I only have watched 3 episodes but so far the only thing that I have found annoying is the female protagonist's personality (klutzy, kinda-stupid, sugarly-cute, high-pitched voice and a ridiculous attempt of making a very cute girl).

Bleach is shaping up to be a rather good anime. I advise everyone to check it out.

IMO they made a smart move by sacrificing coloring for animation.

Most of the time the colors have a very light, and faded feel. It's kind of like you're watching an elusive dream. In return, in many parts, the animation is flashy and pleasing to the eye.

It follows the manga pretty well, it does some things better than the manga and does some things worse but it's a pretty good adaptation.

The VA's are all pretty nice, Orihime is well the cute bubble head voice, Ichigo the badass, and Rukia... well, not sure what stereotype she fits in but she's my favorite voice actor so far.

Also the OP is cool and fresh, instead of the usual standard Anime opening you get. I like all the things they added, how it goes well together, etc. Also, the logos and colors are all very bright and different, yet go so well together. It looks like something you'd find on a preppy shirt.

All in all I advise, nay, urge, nay, COMMAND everyone to go and watch Bleach now.

Hopefully it continues this way.

Is just that Yusuke is really such a weak main-character with no interesting points in him, the secondary characters like Kurama, Hiei and Kuwabara have stronger points and conflicts in them, being more interesting and so. Yusuke is only a normal middle-school kid with powers that wants to get stronger...for not ultimate reason like the others. -_-;

What bugs me the most of an anime is that if the secondary characters are more entertaining than the main, even so the main characters gets a huge time on-screen.

And yup, though is creepy seeing a little boy's voice coming out from that tough-looking armor, act all cute and kinder than Edward, you will get used to it in no time, in fact when they show flashbacks of Al as a normal kid you will feel it weird. XD Lol, Ed getting called small and then he going bersek is priceless, LMAO! And then they wonder why he has a height-complex. :rolleyes: You will later see the rather hilarious reason he is SO small. XD (He is somewhere around 1.62 meters).


And...ack, I bought the anime of Oh my Goddess in practically the dark and it bored me to hell, at the beginning it was fun but the story got way too repetitive and boring and then I couldn't stand it anymore.
