I just got Full Metal Panic!- vol. 1 yesterday.
I think it's decent so far.
If you've read it, what are your thoughts on it?

from what ive read so far, its pretty good...even though to me it just seems to be close to the same as other mangaz ive reviewed l8ly...

This may seem like a dumb question but is Full Metal Panic and Full Metal Alchemist related some how?

It has been bothering me. I haven't seen Panic and I've only seen the second episode of Alchemist.

Fullmetal Alchemist is really quite good. You shuld all watch it.

No, Full Metal Panic! is not related to Full Metal Alchemist. The first two words are entirely coincidental.

And as for Full Metal Panic!...I haven't read it, but I've seen a few episodes of the series on DVD. In my opinion, it's fantastic.

I don't own it myself, but my good friend/fellow anime nutcase said he purchased his at Best Buy. I'll check with him at school tomorrow and confirm that, though.

^He basically covered it.

I've only seen one episode of FMP, and about five of FMA, and I can safely say that they have absolutely nothing to do with each other.

Nah, my Borders has a crapload of manga, but no good DVDs. >=o
