Well, I liked Pokemon, but after the third or fourth season, it just...blah. They need to throw in: A, a continuing storyline; B, different, more sinister villains; C, the death of a pokemon. I mean, come on, would it be SO bad to just, you know...slit Pikachu's throat whilst he sleeps? You wouldn't even half to show it, just the funeral!

Aye, I play the games alot meself... looks like I'm the only one who still sporadically watches the TV show. :constipated:

i play the games, the shows are too.... how do i say it.... pathetic? i mean that pikachu has to be max level and it almost loses to a tailow? i dont think so. anyways i have mew(i cheated to get him but he still mine!) and a celebi(cheated too) i used the clone cheat on mew like a million times, but i have like over 2 dozen lvl hundreds. i play em alot.

I still play Blue, I pwned the TCG again, and I'm playing with my cards again. As long as it's the ORIGINAL Pokémon, it's okay. Anything G/S and beyond is a knockoff. XP

Am I the only one here who still watches Pokemon? :wacko:

I stopped watching the series after they didn't ever show what was in that GS ball... 4 years ago. I asked my cousin who still watches the series, he doesn't even know what the heck a GS ball is. I NEED to know what was in that frickin ball :looove:

The original games were good. Then the show came out, and made everything think it was kiddy. Gold and Silver tried to copy the show, and were bad. But Ruby and Sapphire are okay, I like the secret base.

My friend and I are going to cosplay as Team Rocket for Anime Iowa one year (when we have money and a transport and costumes of course). I get to be Musashi (Jessie) and she'll be Kojioro (James), I had a meowth plushie but I don't know if my mom got rid of it or not...

I think Pokemon(Pocket Monsters), is a discrace to Anime."I choose you!, Pikachu!." It's so overrated. The games were "ok" i enjoyed Leaf green/fire red. I might play the new Pokemon RPG for GC.

I don't think Pokemon is a disgrace to anime; I think most fans are a disgrace to anime.
Yeah, the catch phrases were dumb. But almost all catch phrases are dumb.

I hardly ever watch it anymore... but it's still kind of funny to watch it, especially due to it's corniness.

And yes, it's not the greatest anime ever, but watching it back in grade three caused me to like anime, which allowed me to discover the better stuff. You gotta give it that. XP
