Manga is superior to anime in almost every instance, Manga is cheaper to produce, and thus the creator can pour more effort into the storyline

Almost all good animes are based upon mangas, plus, 80% of the stuff in animes gets cut when it comes to america. :looove:

You don't need electricity to read manga, so manga is my preferred choice. Besides, its how the story was intended to be, not with all these fillers and character/story changes that happen to every anime, especially the ones that hit the US, unless you find a good dub (rare nowadays).

Anime TV shows that are based on manga are automatically bad. Especially if it's from Shonen Jump. Manga is superior in every way. They always try to make these really good mangas into TV shows, and they "soften it"... a lot.

Is what I'm hearing true?
Intelligence? Here? On the anime forum?
Well, what can I say. Of course manga is superior to anime in most cases. At best, at best, you'll get an anime that is a 'good adaptation', but the manga goes further/is still better.
Very rarely you'll get an anime that is as good as the manga, and even rarer is when it's better (which is usually the cases where the anime is first).
