Wind Waker Hylian is a fan-made Zelda font that was created by Kasuto.net and provided here with their permission. This font was designed to look like the Hylian language featured in The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker for the Nintendo GameCube. You may notice that the Hylian language is quite different than what was found in Ocarina of Time (and that ties in to an important plot point in Wind Waker, actually!). However, as was the case with OoT, the Hylian language in WW was still just Japanese with different characters. Kasuto.net has an excellent explanation of what sound each character represents, and how they are mapped to the computer keyboard.
